Women’s Study & Fellowship is This Tuesday at 6:30 PM
We are continuing our study of the book “No Other Gods”. We will begin this week on page 73, discussing the lies we believe; our enemy takes something that is true, adds his own distorted spin to it, and sells it back to us as a “truth”… but it is only a lie. Don’t miss this time of fellowship and learning together!

Church Work Day on Saturday, May 18th, Beginning at 10:00 AM
Join us for a day to serve in a very practical way, by caring for our church building and grounds. We will take care of some general tasks needed around the church, as well as pulling weeds, mulching, trimming and planting outside. Both men and women are welcome to help! Bring along your work gloves, gardening tools and any other general “fix-it” tools you think may be helpful.

Family Fellowship on Sunday, May 19th, After Service
Join us for this month’s lunch get-together, which will be a good old-fashioned potluck! Bring along your favorite crockpot meal, a casserole, a side dish or salad, or a dessert. Please sign up on the communication card to let us know you will attend, and if you know what you plan to bring, please write that on the card as well. We look forward to sharing this time together!

We are happy to gather as a church family each week to worship together, but relationships bloom and grow when you engage in a small group. You are welcome to attend as many or as few as you like, and we occasionally like to share an update on what groups are available. Family Prayer: Adults meet the 1st Sunday of each month at 10:00 AM in Allaman Hall; Children & Youth have their regular Foundations Classes. Leaders, Terry Masters and John Dickerson

Foundations Classes: Meet the 2nd through 5th Sundays at 10:00 AM in individual classrooms-
*Lighthouse Kids for ages Pre-K through Elementary, meets in the    Pre-school Room; Leader, Rose Wadle
*Lighthouse Youth for 6th-12th graders, meets in our Fellowship Hall;   Leader, Lenny Dye (also meets the 3rd Sunday each month at 11:30 AM)
*JOY Group for senior women, meets in Room #5; Leader, Liz    Hazlett
*Masters Foundations Class for all adults, meets in our Prayer Room; Studying “The Grace Awakening”- Leader, Terry Masters
*Dickerson Foundations Class for all adults, meets in Allaman Hall; Studying “The Quest for Character”- Leader, John Dickerson

“Iron Sharpens Iron” Men’s Study: Meets every other Saturday at 8:30 AM in Allaman Hall; Leader, Joe Nyeste

Legacy Discipleship Connection: Meets about every other month on pre-scheduled dates, after service, in our Fellowship Hall, specifically for those who have completed the Legacy Discipleship Classes; Leader, Pastor Cary

Prayer Group: Meets every Wednesday at 6:30 PM in our Sanctuary; Leaders, Terry Masters and John Dickerson

Women’s Study & Fellowship: Meets every other Tuesday at 6:30 PM in Allaman Hall; Leader, Brenda Zimmerman

Join Our Prayer Group Anytime, Every Wednesday at 6:30 PM
Does it seem like life is always throwing something crazy into your day, or you’re tired of seeing so many troubling stories on the news? Even if everything is going well, we need God! And God wants to have a relationship with us. Spend time in prayer and build that relationship, on your own or with a group. Allow God to fill you with His peace and strength to face each day.

Your prayers and meal donations for RAHAB help them reach out to women on the streets and in the dance clubs in a very practical way, and mentor young girls who are vulnerable. Taking a meal to the women in the clubs opens a door for them to share the true love and hope of Jesus!
